Considering the situation of families with minor children the increasingly dominating view in the literature is that especially childhood vulnerability is multidimensional (Roelen et a. 2012) and refers to material, social and emotional needs (Radcliff et a. 2012). Material needs include needs for money, home and shelter to live, health care, education and food.
