This was a good book. However, it was a book that touched upon several major memory topics. To delve further you were suggested to purchase other books by this author to get indepth knowledge about memory techniques. I would suggest buying the actual memory books by this author and save some money and forego this book.

A great eternal resource for self improvement. Buy these as gifts to go along with some cash to graduates. If they invest a couple of hours to read and practice it will help them in many areas.

A little windy but has some really great ideas about learning. I have been able to incorporate a few of them into my e-learning design but a lot of them have to do with learning outside the e-learning course or the classroom they could be effectively applied to blended learning situations.

Though it was written awhile back, it still contains many useful and practice theories and studies relevant today.

Perfect present for my college bound 17yr old. Very useful info.

very good.
An older book but worth a read and definitely good to apply the techniques within.
