Just wanted to say hats off to you for the book you authored! It was awesome. Just One More Day: Meditations For Those Who Struggle with Anxiety and Depression by Beverlee Buller Keck is unique among the books dealing with the subject of anxiety and depression currently on the market. Each chapter is bite-sized yet meaty--brief enough so that it is not overwhelming, but substantial enough to give the reader genuine encouragement. Each chapter includes a Scripture verse, a short meditation, an action step, a prayer and a lined journal page, giving the reader a safe way to actively deal with emotions and thoughts, while receiving validation, hope and relief.
