OK, this book has great ideas but just wasn't for me. I have a friend who is doing it and loves it. She claims that it's the only thing that worked for her to lose weight and not feel deprived.

I first learned about food combining back in the 80s from the book "Fit for Life" and stumbled across this book at a bookfair. Personally, I think it does a great job of explaining why to food combine and how it works. I especially love the charts at the end of the book that show what foods combine easily. Although I didn't try the recipes, I feel this book gave me the basic information I needed to combine my favorite foods correctly.
