I was really looking for a cookbook of single serving meals but, though this is not that, it does have tasty sounding recipes for the dieter, of which I am definitely one! And it has the fat grams and sodium content of each serving included.

The recipes in this book were not tasty and rather complicated. I find myself going to my other 300 calorie recipe book more often. Fewer ingredients and better portion size.
