Start by marking Godzilla: Kingdom of Monsters, Volume 3 as Want to Read: Want to Read savin. ant to Read. A likely reason for this is Jason Ciaramella was just the wrong person to deal with purely monster battles with little human involvement. When reading through the collection it’s fairly obvious that the writing is much stronger when focusing upon human survival against the monsters rather than the battles themselves.

Godzilla Kingdom Of Monsters is just okay. It isn't bad but it also isn't good either.

Godzilla Kingdom Of Monsters is just okay. The problem with this book is that you don't know if its trying to be horror or political satire or both. There's hardly much story in this volume, just monsters running amok causing mass destruction, and it is fun to read.

The only really good things in this book is the action and monster fights. The characters are poorly executed. I found the girl and soldier's story okay ,the president played no relevance to the story other than just sit around and do nothing, but give orders to people. Godzilla and ghidorah were used a bit more but it still is kinda a bore.Lots of action,so little fun.
